The bouquet is very fresh and elegant. Reminiscent of tropical fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, mango), citrus (grapefruit, tangerine) and a touch of mint. The taste is initially fruity, then salty because of Cantabrian sea. It is elegant, pleasant and fresh.
