    Small, subtle bubbles and pale yellow colour. It is fresh, balanced and fruity. The tone of flowers and honey prevails, overlapping with a smell of white peach and gentle autolytic tones. Rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a slightly bitter finish. A perfectly poised balance of dosage, acidity and structural tannins. This wine exhibits a remarkable presence and persistence.
