TASTING NOTES
The base wine for this bubbly comprising Pinot Noir and Acolon grapes made by the special mehod of rose wine production. This Perlage Rose is no longer a Seco with added carbonic acid, but rather a sparkling wine exhibiting a fine and long lasting Mousseux. The taste (floral and strawberry) is enhanced by a juicy and structured body, and great freshness in the finish.
