    In addition to the tonka bean and juniper, 23 botanicals are used in this flavoursome gin. It tastes simultaneously creamy and dry on the palate, with the flavour of tonka bean very much in the forefront. The botanicals blend a slight sharpness and a subtle sweetness with wood notes, caramel, and walnut from the barrel, resulting in a harmonious balance.
